European Funding Programme Analysis

This package consists in the:

• Operation of a dedicated News wire-line service tailored to the specifications indicated by the client for a 12 month period;
• On request of the client, provision of more in-depth studies on particular EU Funding Programmes and how the latter could benefit from them;
• Review of project proposals received by client from other European organisations for a 12 month period
• Inclusion of the client’s details and project proposal/s into a number of EU partner databases

This service is tailored for those organisations who are interested in obtaining more specialised information about the current EU Funding Programmes and how they can benefit. Organisations who opt for this package would also be entitled for discounts if they decide to upgrade to the more ‘advanced’ packages on offer.

European Consultancy (Comprehensive Package)

This package consists in:

• Holding bi-monthly meetings with the client in order to identify and discuss existing EU Funding Opportunities the latter could exploit to his benefit
• Assisting in the search for partners from various European countries
• Collating  information required for the preparation of the proposal
• Preparing of costs statements and other financial documentation
• Writing the main text and description of the proposal
• Reviewing the proposal together with the partners involved
• Submitting the proposal within the deadlines specified by the Commission
• Liaising on behalf of the client with local/international bodies that manage European funds in order to obtain information on how best to benefit from the schemes.
• Managing the project on behalf of the client if requested;

This package is suited to  those organisations who intend to participate in a number of EU funded programmes, during a set period of time. In this respect, one could choose either a  short-term (6months), medium-term (12 months) or long-term (36months) contract. Under this contract, Sans Frontier will be obliged to submit a pre-determined amount of proposals on behalf of the client. The actual number of proposals to be submitted is agreed between the parties. Nevertheless, the minimum thresholds are

1. For those opting for a short-term contract a minimum of 3 proposals are to be submitted;
2. For those opting for a medium-term contract a minimum of 6 proposals are to be submitted
3. For those opting for a long-term contract a minimum of 12 proposals are to b submitted

In addition, in case of non-selection, the company is committed to re-submit the unsuccessful proposal/s either  under a new funding programme or  previously identified programme when it re-opens at no additional cost! Moreover, organisations that opt for this package will also be subscribed  free of charge to the EU Funding News Wire line service for 12 months.

There are various possibilities of obtaining various levels of financial support in conjunction with the EU.
